This rights are fundamental to the constitution of a country.This rights gives individual the basic freedom or democracy to live in a country. 1) it ensures equality among citizens. 2) it gives some amount of basic freedom to an individual to live peacefully and with dignity un a country.3) it ensures that people are not exploited by the government or the ruler.And thus gives them authority to speak against injustice. This right ensures that nobody is discriminated on the basis of their race, religion or caste. It helps it's citizen to live a life of freedom and equality in their own country. |
