Aim: Identification of tissue in collected sample Apparatus: Microscope, slide, dilute HCl, vinegar, forceps.Procedure: 1. Take a piece of muscle of chicken. 2. Put in diluted HCl or vinegar and leave it for two hours. 3. Next morning collect the piece of muscle on a slide with forceps. 4. Press gently with another slide, put few drops of water and place a cover slip on it. 5. Observe under microscope. Observed diagram 6.
