Article 5 : Citizenship at the beginning of the Constitution  

Person who had his permanent home in the Asian nation and fulfilled either of the three conditions:  

  • He was born in the Asian nation,
  • Either of his elders was born in the Asian nation,  
  • He usually lived in the Asian nation five years before the constitution began.  

Article 6 : Rights of citizenship of specific PEOPLE who have relocated to India from Pakistan  

Person who migrated from Pakistan to the Republic of {india|Bharat|Asian country|Asian nation} and he or either of his oldsters or any of his grandparents were born in undivided India and consummated either of the 2 conditions:

Article 11 : Parliament to direct the privilege of citizenship by law  

The powers to create any law on the matters of effort or terminating the citizenship of someone and different matters of citizenship area unit unconditional within the Parliament as provided by the constitution.
