How circuit training improves the performance of an athlete? |
Answer» It was developed by R.E. Morgan and G.T. Adamson. It is utilized to develop strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility and neuromuscular coordination. It is a formal type of training in which an athlete goes through a series of exercises that are arranged in a circuit. They can be arranged inside or outside, even on top of roofs. There are usually 5-10 stations in a circuit. Example:
