Kalam’s Views on a Model Teacher

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam remained a model teacher throughout his life. In his life-time he met with the students of 17 states and 3 union territories. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam says that a teacher with the following four qualities is a model teacher. First, a model teacher should be passionate about giving · her or his knowledge to the students. Second, a model teacher should let the students think beyond her or his teaching. Third, a model teacher should strive her or his level best to put the students ahead. Fourth, a model teacher should create a pressure on the students to explore their own capabilities. Thus he advocates for confindence and hard work.

एक आदर्श अध्यापक के बारे में कलाम के विचार

डॉ. ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम जीवनभर एक आदर्श अध्यापक रहे। अपने जीवनकाल में वे 17 राज्यों व तीन यूनियन टेरिटरिज (केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश) के विद्यार्थियों से मिले। डॉ. ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम कहते हैं कि एक अध्यापक निम्नलिखित चार विशेषताओं के साथ एक आदर्श अध्यापक है। पहला, एक आदर्श अध्यापक को अपना ज्ञान विद्यार्थियों को देने के लिए उत्कंठा होनी चाहिए। दूसरे, एक आदर्श अध्यापक को विद्यार्थियों को अपने ज्ञान से इतर सोचने देना चाहिए। तीसरे, एक आदर्श अध्यापक को विद्यार्थियों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अपने स्तर पर पूरी कोशिश करनी चाहिए। चौथे, एक आदर्श अध्यापक को विद्यार्थियों पर अपनी संभावनाओं को तलाशने के लिए दबाव देना चाहिए। इसलिए वह आत्मविश्वास और कड़ी मेहनत की वकालत करते हैं।
