Answer» Explanation: 1) The KEY feature of FEDERALISM is the concept of power sharing at DIFFERENT levels of the government. 2) In a unitary government, the union doesn't share its power with states. INSTEAD union holds the power with itself while in a federal government, the union and states shares power. 3)Coming together federation is one in which the smaller ENTITIES (like states) come together to form a federation and they share their power with the formed union. And the residual power if they have usually remains with the states. Example: USA. Holding together federation is one in which the larger entity(union) holds all the smaller entities (states) together and shares its power with the states.
