It is started in India by spinning wheels between 500AD & 1000AD. Wayne Smith and J. Tom Cothren made a spinning WHEEL which changes the world clothing. Gandhiji used spinning wheel during the independence era for boycotting of the britishers. Its mainly done by natural fibre like COTTON , wool etc. Later ,China devloped SILK by the silkworm this gave a beautiful spun clothes.
