Tanx + cotx = sinx/cosx+cosx/sinx

=(sin^2x+cos^2x)/sinx×cosx

=1/sinx×cosx.

so,this can not be 3/2 as it is in the form 1/q,

where q = sinx×cosx.

which will always be less than 1.
