Answer» (B) foreign DNA in all it's cells. is the right answer B) foreign DNA in all it's cells.is correct opstion b) is the right answer of the following The production of recombinant proteins is one of the major successes of biotechnology. Animal cells are required to synthesize proteins with the appropriate post-translational modifications. Transgenic animals are being used for this purpose. Milk, egg white, blood, urine, seminal plasma and silk worm cocoon from transgenic animals are candidates to be the source of recombinant proteins at an industrial scale. Although the first recombinant protein produced by transgenic animals is expected to be in the market in 2000, a certain number of technical problems remain to be solved before the various systems are optimized. Although the generation of transgenic farm animals has become recently easier mainly with the technique of animal cloning using transfected somatic cells as nuclear donor, this point remains a limitation as far as cost is concerned. Numerous experiments carried out for the last 15 years have shown that the expression of the transgene is predictable only to a limited extent. This is clearly due to the fact that the expression vectors are not constructed in an appropriate manner. This undoubtedly comes from the fact that all the signals contained in genes have not yet been identified. Gene constructions thus result sometime in poorly functional expression vectors. One possibility consists in using long genomic DNA fragments contained in YAC or BAC vectors. The other relies on the identification of the major important elements required to obtain a satisfactory transgene expression. These elements include essentially gene insulators, chromatin openers, matrix attached regions, enhancers and introns. A certain number of proteins having complex structures (formed by several subunits, being glycosylated, cleaved, carboxylated...) have been obtained at levels sufficient for an industrial exploitation. In other cases, the mammary cellular machinery seems insufficient to promote all the post-translational modifications. The addition of genes coding for enzymes involved in protein maturation has been envisaged and successfully performed in one case. Furin gene expressed specifically in the mammary gland proved to able to cleave native human protein C with good efficiency. In a certain number of cases, the recombinant proteins produced in milk have deleterious effects on the mammary gland function or in the animals themselves. This comes independently from ectopic expression of the transgenes and from the transfer of the recombinant proteins from milk to blood. One possibility to eliminate or reduce these side-effects may be to use systems inducible by an exogenous molecule such as tetracycline allowing the transgene to be expressed only during lactation and strictly in the mammary gland. The purification of recombinant proteins from milk is generally not particularly difficult. This may not be the case, however, when the endogenous proteins such as serum albumin or antibodies are abundantly present in milk. This problem may be still more crucial if proteins are produced in blood. Among the biological contaminants potentially present in the recombinant proteins prepared from transgenic animals, prions are certainly those raising the major concern. The selection of animals chosen to generate transgenics on one hand and the elimination of the potentially contaminated animals, thanks to recently defined quite sensitive tests may reduce the risk to an extremely low level. The available techniques to produce pharmaceutical proteins in milk can be used as well to optimize milk composition of farm animals, to add nutriceuticals in milk and potentially to reduce or even eliminate some mammary infectious diseases. foreign DNA in all its cell the correct answer is b the anwer is B..foreign DNA in all its cells b) is the right answer of the following option b is the right answer option b is a correct answer B is the correct answer b. is the correct answer option b is the right answer option b is correct answers b is the right ans....... foreign DNA in all its cells answer is C it is correct answer (B). foreign DNA in all its cells. transgenic animal has foreign DNA c is the correct ans b. foreign dna in all its cells B answer is right foreign DNA in all its cells. {B}foreign DNA in all its cells B) foreign DNA in all its cells b foreign dna in all its cells is right d is right answer ✨😄😃 (B) foreign DNA in all its cells b is the right answer to this question DNA is right answer thise answer is right transgenic animals are those whose dna is manipulated artificially so B is correct option B the correct answer foregin DNA all its cells DNA is the correct answer [B] foreign DNA in all its cells. (B) foreign DNA in all its cells B bcz animals have genetic material DNA both A and b because if DNA is foreign .so rna automatically will be foriegn foreign DNA in all its cell because it has the property to replicate b is the right answer option (b) foreign DNA in all its cells is right answer... this question answer is option b ans (A) ..Transgenic animalsareanimals(most commonly mice) that have had a foreign gene deliberately inserted into their genome. Suchanimalsare most commonly created by the microinjection of DNA into the pronuclei of a fertilised egg ANS foreign DNA in all its cells. the correct answer is C. B option carrect hai B) foreign DNA in all its cell is right foreign dna in all its cells B foreign Dna in all its cells B) foreign DNA in all its cells b_foreign DNA in all its cell option (c) sahi hai both (A) and (B) hai answer is c correct hai forging DNA in all its sales foreign ,DNA in all its cells is correct answer foreign DNA in it's cell. option b is correct foreign dna c is correct b cauz both RNA and DNA is in the transgenic animals b foregin dna is a write answer ans b is a right ans B.foreign DNAin all its cells foreign DNA in all its cells is correct and I cleared it ok 1 is the correct option is b B)foreign DNA because in all living organism only DNA is genetic material.DNA is responsable for all changes.(exception viruses) foreign dna in all its cell is correct option bcz in that animal dna is introduced with the help of vector Foreign DNA in all its ceels DNA in all its cells is the right answer option (B) is a correct c) is the right answer trangenic animal have forgein DNA in all its cell. bcz it have dna Not RNA foreign DNA in all its cells The answer is option(B).DNA is the genetic material in animals. foreign DNA is introduced in transgenic animals b) is the right answer a transgenic animal has foreign DNA in all its cells A transgenic animal is one whose genome has been altered by the transfer of a gene or genes from another species or breed. so final answer will be option (b) answer b is correct that is dna Foreign DNA in all its cells c option both(a) and(b) hi hoga the option (B) is the correct answer because for conversion of normal animal into transgenic animal the foriegn DNA is inserted into the host cell and it contains the transgene to make the animal transgenic. b is the correct answers foreign rna and dna in all its cells. c answer option b is correct because transgenic animals are those whose genome has been altered by the foreign genome and animals have dna as their genome. answer of this question is A correct answer is D। none of these B is the right answer because a transgenic animal is a result of transformation of DNA C) A ans B are correct answer Right option is (B) foreign DNA in all its cell. answer is (b) foreign DNA in all its cells A transgenic animals has foreign DNA in all its cells. correct option is (B) B foreign DNA in all its cells (B) foreign DNA in all its cells. transgenic Animals is foreign DNA in all its cells b. foreign DNA in all its cells Option B is correct options option b foreign dna in all its cells b. in transgenic animals DNA in all its cell B. foregin DNA in all its cell b is the correct answer b/c ony dna डीएनए हमारे शरीर का वह अंग है जिसके द्वारा हमें किसी व्यक्ति की पहचान करने में अहम भूमिका निभाता है foreign DNA in all its cells option c is right answer |
