Answer» the major problems were that there were people who BELONGED to different castes and religions and it was difficult to accomodate a huge number of refugees who were coming to india after partition . after the partition there had been political issues with pakistan which was like a distraction for our leaders and so they could not FOCUS on peoples needs and rather on protecting the country.also the constitution was to be framed in such a way that it respected the FEELINGS and religious BELIEVES of all and so it took al large number of people and huge amount of time for the constitution to be formed and a special focus was put on to give equal rights to people of different castes and not to create a political and social difference among them.hope this was helpful!!Explanation: |
