The quality of the garments depends upon its STYLE, DESIGN and appeal, and ALSO upon the fabric from which it is made and ultimately the YARN used. In garment manufacturing the immediate raw material is the fabric hence the garment manufacturer should be most careful in selecting the right type of fabric, its GSM (Gms per square metre), construction, count of warp and weft, crimp, cover or even drape.hope it helps
