Answer» tion:YES we can, as we can kill the bacteria and protozoa and we can INJECT it via injection, because of that our body will react, as it is a foreign element and will start producing antibodies, but as our body takes time to produce antibodies, but It doesn't concern in this case the bacteria or protozoa is a dead one,but when a live one will ENTER, then our body will be ready to fight it, as their is a memory function in our body which saves data of different antibodies, so when the same foreign OBJECT comes, they can produce antibodies in more faster way and can kill it early before it replicates,so this vaccination protect us from them...I hope you will understand,if not comment,I will explain in it more simple way.
