Now we can find the number of arrangements where the best and worst paper always come together.For this, group the best and worst papers and consider as a single paper. Then there are 7 papers and these can be arranged in 7! ways. Best paper and worst paper which were grouped, can be arranged among themselves in 2! ways Therefore, number of arrangements where the best and worst papers always come together = 7!×2!
