RECIPE;

Ingredients

  • 1 LaTortilla High Fiber TORTILLA
  • 1 OUNCE shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry or grape TOMATOES, halved
  • ⅓ of an avocado, sliced
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a toaster over or in your regular oven broil the cheese on the tortilla
  2. Carefully remove from oven and place on a plate
  3. Add tomatoes down the center of the tortilla and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
  4. Add avocado slices and add a little BIT more garlic salt and pepper
  5. Fold and enjoy!
