The working temperature, 

T1 = 27°C = 300K

\(\cfrac RW\) = \(\cfrac{T_2}{T_1-T_2}\)

\(\cfrac {14}W\) = \(\cfrac{275}{300-275}\) = \(\cfrac{275}{25}\) = 11

\(\therefore\) Power required to run the compressor,

p = \(\cfrac {14}{11}\) = 1.27 kW
