Answer» This is DUE to poverty and water pollution. In some area there ia an adequate AMOUNT of water but there is water pollution for EXAMPLE Bihar. But someplaces the poverty is the problem for example in delhi people having money can buy water but you can't EXPECT it from a poor PERSON. |
