The government has to providefree education and integrate children with disabilities intomainstream schools. This law also states that all publicplaces including buildings, schools, etc., should beaccessible and provided with ramps. |

Answer: As you said Government has passed Act to ensure that the differently abled persons get all the basic amenities like the mainstream people but I FEEL the law should be implemented and observed with more strictness. The buildings must be built keeping in VIEW the COMFORT and safety of the persons with disabilities like the boy you MENTIONED here. |
