The writer thinks that we should demonstrate our protest without causing any difficulty to others. Satyagraha or hunger strike is the greatest weapon given by Mahatma Gandhijee, the father of our nation. Satyagraha or hunger strike is nonviolent in nature. It never causes difficulty for others. It is the best method to show our protests because only the protesters suffer here. No harm or damage is caused to the person against whom it is adopted. Gandhijee made our country free with help of this powerful weapon.

लेखक मानते हैं कि हम किसी को परेशान किए बिना ही अपना विरोध प्रदर्शन कर सकते हैं। सत्याग्रह और भूख हड़ताल, ये दो सशक्त हथियार हमें गांधीजी ने दिए हैं जो कि अहिंसा की प्रकृति का है। इसके द्वारा किसी को भी परेशानी नहीं होता है। हमारे द्वारा विरोध प्रदर्शित करने का यह सर्वोपयुक्त हथियार है जिसके चलते किसी दूसरे को कोई परेशानी नहीं होती जबकि इससे विरोध करनेवाला ही प्रभावित होता है। इससे उस आदमी को कोई हानि अथवा नुकसान नहीं होता है जिसके विरोध में इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। गांधीजी ने इसी सशक्त हथियार के माध्यम से हमारे देश को आजाद कराया था।
