Answer: You can recognise your EMOTIONS when life rattle you. Write JOURNAL about your emotions and learn the LESSONS from it. After PRESSING pause, ask yourself questions like :-

- Why am I doing this?

- What the results might be?

- Will I be successfull?

- How am I serving the world or other person by doing this?

Such question will help you become aware of your emotions and GIVE you self-actualisation.
