Answer» Aluminium has a tend ency to combine with other metals to form useful alloys. For example the alloy duralumin contain `Al(95%)`, Cu(4%), Mg(0.5%) and Mn (0.5%). It is used in making parts of aeroplanes and automobiles. Moreover, the metal has very high tensile strength wich is necessary in making structure.
