distance traveled on 2 sec = 5 mts 

total distance traveled = 2 + 5 = 7 mts 

total time taken to cover 7 mts

 = 1+2 = 3 sec

\(Average =\frac {\textit{Total distance travelld}}{\textit{Total times taken}} \)

= \(\frac{7}{3}\)= 2.3 ms-1

Average velocity = 2.3 ms-1

s = ut + \(\frac{1}{2}\) at2​​​​​​​

7 = 0 3 +\(\frac{1}{2}\) a × 32​​​​​​​

7 =0 + \(\frac{1}{2}\) a × 9

= a = 7

9a =7 × 2 = 14
