Answer» There are two ways to approach this. You can GO to transaction CODE SE93 and give the Transaction as VA01. It will lead to a screen where you can click on a program that will take you to mod.pool. In this program click Find Icon and key in customer there. It will show you the user EXITS in that particular program. Another way is using SPRO. Follow path : IMG->SD->System Modifications->User Exits. There you can click on the HELP DOCUMENT and it will show all the user exits with program name. Select the suitable one. There are two ways to approach this.
