Answer» per my knowledge, bicameral legislature means there are two seperate assemblies in the STATE, in india there are seven states with bicameral legislature Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, KARNATAKA, MAHARASHTRA, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and kashmir . But as now Jammu and kashmir are considered as union territory now , so MAKING the total of 6.
