Answer» Answer: Hey See without human beings RESOURCES are WORTHLESS resources could not be extracted at the first place if there were no skilled labours and technology we couldnt have extracted the resources Explanation: For eg: the extraction of crude oil wouldnt have been possible with the development of science and extracters crude oil can be easily extracted and used what is the point of coal if we dont know how to harness its energy?or fossil fuels if we dont know how to use it? a good eg:of this would be CONTRASTING example b/w japan and africa japan has no resources literally EVEN its population is the oldest in the whole world btw still its developed for the reason it has invested in human resources While on the other hand africa although having so much resources is underdeveloped and has a very low pci(per CAPITA income) and other public facilities i have explained the first question overall I hope it helps you :D |
