The LAWS, rules and regulations which APPLIED to India didn't apply to Jammu & Kashmir but recently a huge step was TAKEN by the Central government that the state of Jammu & Kashmir will be regulated by the same laws, rules and regulations as applied all over the Indian territory.The state of Jammu & Kashmir has been made as an integral part of India by the Central government and this was a historic decision taken by the government. |
