It is obtained mainly from seeds and fruits of various plants e.g. soybean, coconut, mustard, groundnut, sesame, sunflower, etc. 2. Energy arink – Tea and coffee are known as energy drinks. Tea is prepared by drying the leaves of tea plant. The seeds of coffee plant are used to make coffee powder. |
