Here is ur answer ⬇️⬇️I just laugh it out, their PRANKS and to your surprise, you will find its all stopped as it started.Build that self confidence, carry on with your daily chores, if you are STUDYING, pursue something that is right at the top of your agenda. Once you start behaving normal, you automatically dispel your fear and gone with it would be your anxiety disorders.Listen to some good music, wear a sun glass when you go out initially and plug in a earphone. After sometime, you wont need any of this.And you will realise, this world is a wonderful PLACE to live in. MAKE friends with everyone but be selective as to the inner CIRCLE.. .
