Answer» The Indian Constitution is dynamic because of the provision of the POSSIBILITY of amending the constitution . when social and economic conditions in the COUNTRY change in such a way that the original provisions of the constitution can no longer DEAL with them , parliament can AMEND constitution . the amended provisions can then used to deal with the NEW conditions.
