World’s LARGEST volcanoes:

Tamu Massif:

           It is the hugest volcano. Tamu Massif has a FOOTMARK that covers more area than any other volcano - about 120,000 square miles (310,800 square kilometers) - an area around the size of New Mexico. It ALSO has a greater MASS than any other identified SINGLE volcano on Earth

Mauna Kea:

        It is the tallest volcano. Mauna Kea is a volcano on the land mass of Hawaii. The summit of Mauna Kea has an altitude of 13,796 feet (4205 meters); yet, the base of the volcano is about 19,685 feet (6000 meters) under sea level.

Ojos del Salado:

        it has highest summit elevation. It has an altitude of 22,615 feet (6893 meters). It is also the 2nd-highest mountain in the Western Hemisphere, the second-highest in the Southern Hemisphere, and the peak mountain in Chile.
