Answer» The king’s method of dealing with justice was the public arena. The humans and beasts used to perform before the audience in this arena. It was a very big amphitheater with encircling galleries, mysterious vaults and unknown passages. It was the place where king’s poetic justice was often delivered. It was also the place where crime was punished or virtue was rewarded. However, punishment or reward was absolutely dependent on the fate of the accused. राजा के न्याय करने की प्रक्रिया दीर्घा में बैठ कर लोगों के सामने करने का था। दुर्दान्त पशु और आदमी के बीच के संघर्ष द्वारा सुनवाई के पहले दीर्घा में लोगों का मनोरंजन किया जाता था। यह बहुत बड़ा गोलाकार प्रदर्शन का स्थल था जिसमें चारो ओर घुमावदार गलियारे, रहस्यमय तहखाने और आज्ञात रास्ते बने थे। यही वह स्थान था जहां राजा अपना काव्यात्मक न्याय दिया करता था। यही पर दोषियों को सजा और निर्दोषों को पुरस्कार दिया जाता | था। जबकि पुरस्कार और सजा, दोनों ही दोषियों के भाग्य पर निर्भर करता था। |
