They deal with causes of consumer disputes and grievances and play a decisive role in getting justice to the consumers, including compensation. Consumer courts protect the rights of the consumer and instill confidence in them and thus to bring about qualitative change in life. They ensure justice quickly through simple and less expensive procedures. So they are called the guardians of the rights of consumers. |
