Emulsion – Liquid – liquid colloidal system is known as Emulsion.

There are two types of Emulsion.

(a) O/W type - Oil dispersed in water.

Eg: milk, vanishing cream.

(b) W/O type – Water dispersed in oil.

Eg: Butter & Cream.
