Define inertia why do we fall in the forward direction when a moving bus breaks to a stop |

Answer» because of inertia of motion We tend to remain at rest with respect to the seat until the driver applies brakes to stop the bus. With the application of brakes the bus slows down but our body tends to continue in the same state of motion because of its inertia and we tend to fall in the forward direction. |
