|
Answer» Answer: Here is your answer A non-contact force is a force which acts on an object without coming physically in contact with it. The most familiar non-contact force is gravity, which confers weight. In contrast a contact force is a force applied to a BODY by another body that is in contact with it. Magnetism is an example of a non-contact or action-at-a-distance force. These are FORCES which can act on an object without being in physical contact with it. The force of gravity is another example. Thus, gravity will pull a raindrop down to EARTH without any tangible physical link between the Earth and the drop. . . . PLZZ mark it as the brainliest answer!!! |
