Different ways of green job in agriculture: Farmers’ cooperatives are one of the most effective means of reducing the risk in agriculture and strengthening the livelihoods of small and marginal farmers. Organic farming, integrated pest management, farm mechanisation and agro-tourism also provide job opportunities to youths.
