c) Weak acid: The acid which undergoes less than 100% ionisation is called weak acid. 

e.g.: CH3COOH, H2CO3 

d) Weak base: The base which undergoes less than 100% ionisation is called weak base. 

e.g.: NH4OH, Mg(OH)2
