Answer» Work can be defined as the dot product of force and displacement.... Work is said to be done when: 1) some force is applied due to which some displacement is produced 2) the angle between the applied force and displacement produced should not be equal to 0 or 90 degree....... If any of two condition are not satisfied then the work done is said to be zero Work is said to be done when,force act on an object and the object was displaced Work is the product of force acting on an object and the displacement in the direction of the applied force. It is a scalar quantity.
