How to avoid : Utilize the current space available better, build multistoryed structures instead of multiple single houses. Practice rooftop farming or garden farming (to meet one's personal needs). Allow the current farm land to regenerate its fertility by following alternate cropping systems or just leaving the field empty for a season or two
