1.	democracy is the rule of the majority .the poor in majority. so democracy must be a rule of the poor .how can this not be the case?
Answer» Are you aware about dirty tricks e.g. giving money to them, giving BEER at the time of election played by the politicians to favour the poor PEOPLE. due to improper/unsufficent eduction they don't known about their welfare. 3) they don't have enough RESOURCES to fight in elections. 4) lack THINKING power e.g. they thought that casting a vote do nothing about their CONDITION.
