Answer» Rabies can be caused by a virus that affects the central nervous system, particularly CAUSING inflammation in the brain. The period between the BITE and SHOWING symptoms is CALLED as incubation period. It can be 4 to 12 weeks or a few weeks to 6 years. The rabies begins with the symptoms like- fever, muscle weakness and tingling. |
