It is designed to acquire a higher level of skill . People who want to enter skilled trades e.g. plumbers & electricians are often required to undergo such programme. (ii) Internship Training . Internship Training is a joint programme of training between educational institutions and business firms. . Besides carrying out regular studies, the trainees also work in some factory or office to acquire practical knowledge and skills.
