Answer» A High Court consists of a chief justice and other judges. The NUMBER of judges in High Court is DECIDED according to the population of a state. The President of India appoints the Chief Justice of High Court in consultation with the Chief Justice of India and the GOVERNOR of that particular state. The other judges are appointed by the president in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, the chief justice of the high court and the governor of that state. |
