Describe the life of Christian monks in the monastery during mediaeval period of Europe |
| Answer» Monks were the group of that people who are different from the prists and bishop.They like to live there life away from the human habitation and they perform manual labour for sustaing there life they don\'t live on tax from the peasants .They live in abbeys and monasteries .Both men and women can be a part of this group .Men became monks and women became nuns.There were seperate abbeys for mens. And women.If he/she want to became a nuns/monks then they don\'t have to marry .<br>The monks lived in monastery and led the simple life..... They were not allowed to marry and had to take a vow to obey the chief of monastery. | |
