As we know fedralism MEANS sharing of power among different tiers of government
So in fedralism the government divide into three tiers....
1. Central government. ....which look after the whole country as well as union TERRITORIES and different foreign affairs as well as ARMY etc. Its head is prime minister.
Next is state government. ......looks after their particular states its head is Chief Minister.
And then after there is LOCAL government in the town or cities know as municupality and in villages know as gram panchayat whose head is (in town) Mayor and (in village) SARPANCH. They look after their respective areas and sort out public's matter .
