Difference between loyalty and patriotism? |
|
Answer» Patriotism or national pride is the ideology of love and devotion to a homeland, and a sense of alliance with other citizens who share the same values. Loyalty is when we RECOGNISE the importance of the connections that we have with others and then acting in a way that not only protects those connections but also strengthens them. Being loyal might mean that we have to PUT other peoples best interests before our own; in other words we might have to sacrifice something to protect the bonds that we share with others and value so much. Basically the DIFFERENCE is that loyalty is meant by a strong feeling of support or alliance while Patriotism is you supporting a country or home LAND with full energy and desire hope this has HELPED you :) |
