Answer» Rer looks rough because ribosomes are attached to it and ribosomes are site of protein synthesis On ser ribosomes are not there so they look smooth and they helps in storage Rer has ribosome s attached to it that produces protiens whereas ser will not have it .(hope it would make out a point) |
