Answer» Answer: It means to live in a way that does not show who one truly is or what one's feelings truly are...For example, their friends thought that they had a happy MARRIAGE, but they were LIVING a lie. You could BRAINSTORM this idea by saying that you or your friends have kept a lie from you for days ..and then you could describe it by using the synonyms of lie such as; equivocate, fib, palter, and prevaricate. Or you could use adverbs or adjectives as well. Some common adjectives INCLUDE; DELIBERATELY untruthful, deceitful, false. Then you could use these adjectives to describe the character. For eg, Since Monday, Susan and Cyrus kept on being deceitful to Luke which had ruined their friendship. Explanation: |
