Solution :The simplest organic compounds are those COMPOSED of only two elements: carbon and hydrogen. These compounds are CALLED hydrocarbons. Hydrocarbons themselves are SEPARATED into two types: aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are hydrocarbons based on CHAINS of C atoms.
