Do we have to read novels in class 11th or in class 12th?

1.	Do we have to read novels in class 11th or in class 12th?
Answer» I am asking for 12th boards because the question paper will come directly from board and the school have nothing to do with it.<br>In most of core there is no novel<br>It depends upon your core In some school there are novel and in some are not
