During this period many nations of the world have worked as temporary members of Security Council. Therefore, they have vast experience of working of the Security Council. Some developing nations have made noteworthy progress in various fields and have become developed nations. Such members deserve to be made permanent members of the U.N. To make such nations as permanent members of the Security Council, the number of permanent members in the Security Council should be increased. |
